Garden Bird Table

With a design brief to include English garden birds, Thomas created this stunning image of an owl, wren, green-spotted woodpecker, wood thrush and blue tit. A border of vines encircles the birds.

Great care was taken to find stone with just the right texture for the birds’ plumage. Green striped jasper is used for the blue tit whilst onyx was a perfect match for the texture of the wood thrush. Grey quartz di Greve, an incredibly rare stone, represents the wren. The onyx moon is backed with white gold leaf to give it the right effect.
